In order to let the insiders understand the requirements of the World Trade Organization (WTO) and timely study on the tariff and trade policies for the automobile industry after China’s accession to the WTO, the State Administration of Industry and Commerce of the State Administration of Machinery Industry held a seminar in Tianjin on November 20-22, 1999 in China Automotive Technology The research center organized the “WTO Advanced Training Course for Automobile Industry”.
