随着电厂超临界、超超临界机组的普及,机组设备上“家族性”缺陷随之产生。针对采用司太立合金作为超临界、超超临界机组主汽门、调门等关键部件堆焊层的焊接质量检测难点进行了研究,提出了一套可有效检测司太立合金堆焊质量,尤其适用于评定和分析合金堆焊层与基体“脱壳”现象的超声检测及缺陷评定方法。项目研究可为大型机组关键部件的质量检验提供重要手段和依据,可及时消除机组设备上的安全隐患,进而保证整个电网的安全平稳运行。
With the popularity of power plants in supercritical and ultra-supercritical units, “familial” defects on the equipment of the generating units are followed. Aiming at the difficulty in testing the welding quality of Stellite alloy as the main welding valve and adjusting door of the supercritical and ultra-supercritical units, the paper puts forward a set of welding quality testing methods that can effectively detect Stellite alloy welding, especially Applicable to the evaluation and analysis of alloy overlay and substrate “Shelling ” phenomenon of ultrasonic testing and defect assessment methods. Project research can provide important means and basis for the quality inspection of the key components of a large-scale generating unit, eliminate potential safety hazards on the equipment of the generating unit in time, and ensure the safe and stable operation of the entire power grid.
