目的:建立复方土荆皮酊中苯甲酸、水杨酸含量的测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,用C_(18)柱,甲醇-0.05 mol/LNaH_2PO_4溶液(40:60)为流动相,检测波长:230 nm。结果:此方法线性关系良好,苯甲酸的平均加样回收率为98.0%,RSD为1.2%。水杨酸的平均加样回收率为98.6%,RSD为0.70%。结论:方法简便快速,分离度好,结果稳定,可用于复方土荆皮酊的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of benzoic acid and salicylic acid in Compound Di Jingjing tincture. Methods: Reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography with C 18 column and methanol-0.05 mol / L Na 2 PO 4 solution (40:60) was used as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 230 nm. Results: The linearity of this method was good. The average recovery of benzoic acid was 98.0% and the RSD was 1.2%. The average recovery of salicylic acid was 98.6% with a RSD of 0.70%. Conclusion: The method is simple and rapid, the separation is good and the result is stable. It can be used for the quality control of compound Jingjingpi tincture.
