P36型射击控制装置是意大利伽利略公司于六十年代初期研制成功的产品。它可配用20~40毫米现代高炮,用以对付低空和超低空飞行的现代飞机和地面目标。 P36型射击控制装置是一种单炮配备而带动力传动的计算瞄准具。1970年,北大西洋集团,西德、法国等国分别选用它装备了Rh202双管20毫米牵引高炮,法国装备了Hss-830L单管30毫米牵引高炮。他们装备此种简易型射击控制装置的基本思想:一是从经济角度考虑;二是从实用角度考虑。他们的观点是:现代的小高炮配上良好的计算瞄准具,其成本与效能最合算,是目前对付低空和超低空飞机的最有效的武器。
