随着经济社会的快速发展,相伴而生的环境问题也日益凸显,尤其在构建社会主义和谐社会的过程中,环境纠纷的及时、妥当的处理安置便显得极其重要.本文立足环境纠纷处理的特点出发,从概述环境纠纷行政处理开始,论及行政处理在环境纠纷解决法律制度中的有益的特殊作用,并对我国现行环境纠纷行政处理法律制度存在的问题进行剖析.
