在大型电站锅炉安装中焊接工作量非常大,以300MW机组为例,锅炉的焊口约为2万个之多,由此可知,焊接质量直接关系到锅炉能否安全运行。氩弧焊封底时膜式水冷壁焊口的未焊透、手工焊盖面时省煤器、过热器等小口径管焊口起弧和收弧处的气孔是电站锅炉安装中容易产生的焊接缺陷。笔者结合多年监检实践并查阅有关资料,就上述缺陷的产生和防止提出一些观点,与同行商榷。
In large-scale power plant boiler installation welding workload is very large, 300MW unit, for example, the boiler’s welding port is about 20,000 as much as we can see, the welding quality is directly related to the boiler safe operation. Trenchless welding of film-type waterwall welds at the end of argon arc welding, gas-holes at the arc-opening and arc-closing of economizer, superheater and other small-diameter pipe welds are easy to produce in power station boiler installation defect. The author combines years of monitoring and inspection practice and access to relevant information on the production and prevention of these defects put forward some points of view, and colleagues to discuss.
