类叶牡丹的根茎水煎剂可显著延长热板法所致小鼠痛阈值（P＜0．01），对醋酸引起小鼠躯体疼痛亦有显著抑制作用（P＜0．01）。
The decoction of rhizome of Paeoniae-like peony could significantly prolong the pain threshold of mice induced by hot plate method (P<0.01), and also significantly inhibited the somatic pain caused by acetic acid (P<0.01).
