随着我国经济水平的提高,近年来大量国人赴日旅游、购物、医疗体检,给日本带来了巨大的经济收入。国人赴日旅游、购物、医疗消费过于狂热,相反近年日本国民来华旅游却进入相对停滞的状态。这一现象表明中国在发展的过程中仍然面临着一些问题。本文通过对中国消费者倾向性、中日两国战后及近年社会的分析,针对日本社会人性化的公共设施、政府的支持、优质的质量、温馨的服务的研究,旨在为改善我国软环境提供对策建议。
With the improvement of China’s economy, a large number of Chinese people have traveled to Japan for tourism, shopping and medical examination in recent years, bringing huge economic income to Japan. People travel to Japan, shopping, medical spending is too fanatical, on the contrary in recent years, Japanese nationals tourism in China has entered a relatively stagnant state. This phenomenon shows that China still faces some problems in its development. Based on the analysis of tendencies of Chinese consumers and the post-war and recent years in China and Japan, this paper aims at improving the soft environment of our country by researching the humanized public facilities, government support, high quality and warm service in Japanese society. Provide countermeasures and suggestions.
