介绍了在2μm波段陶瓷激光器的实验研究进展,主要包括高功率、高效率的Tm:YAG陶瓷激光器,半导体直接泵浦的Ho:YAG陶瓷激光器和Tm光纤激光泵浦的Cr2+:ZnSe烧结成型的陶瓷激光器,这些激光器的输出涵盖了2~2.4μm波段。由于2μm波段的激光陶瓷具有较长的上能级寿命和相对较低的声子能量,不仅在连续波输出时,而且在脉冲输出时具有潜在的高转换效率。还讨论了2μm波段陶瓷的光谱特性,以及这些特性对于2μm波段激光输出性能的影响。
The experimental research progress in the 2μm band ceramic laser is introduced, including high power and high efficiency Tm: YAG ceramic laser, semiconductor directly pumped Ho: YAG ceramic laser and Tm fiber laser pumped Cr2 +: ZnSe sintered ceramic Lasers, the output of these lasers covers the 2 ~ 2.4μm band.
