采用优化的QuEChERS前处理方法,结合程序升温进样-气相色谱-三重四级杆串联质谱仪(PTV-GC-MS/MS)及超高效液相色谱-串联质谱仪(UHPLC-MS/MS)同时测定黄秋葵中的172种农药残留量。采用优化的QuEChERS前处理方法,对黄秋葵样品中农药进行提取、净化,用PTV-GC-MS/MS及UHPLC-MS/MS进行测定。172种农药线性良好,检出限(LOD)为0.00050~0.0080 mg/kg,在3个添加水平下的平均回收率为60%~125%,相对标准偏差在3.0%~10%。方法具有简单、快速、准确灵敏等特点,为GC-M S/M S及HPLC-M S/M S测定黄秋葵中多种农药残留的研究提供可靠有效的数据支持。
The optimized QuEChERS pretreatment method was used in combination with temperature-programmed injection-gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (PTV-GC-MS / MS) and ultra performance liquid chromatography- tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC- MS / MS) Simultaneous determination of okra in 172 pesticide residues. The optimized QuEChERS pretreatment method was used to extract and purify the pesticides from okra samples, and the results were determined by PTV-GC-MS / MS and UHPLC-MS / MS. 172 kinds of pesticides had good linearity with the limit of detection (LOD) of 0.00050-0.0080 mg / kg. The average recoveries of the three pesticides ranged from 60% to 125% with relative standard deviations between 3.0% and 10%. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive, and provides reliable and effective data support for the determination of multiple pesticide residues in okra by GC-MS / MS and HPLC-MS / MS.
