随着网络的飞速发展，ＩＰ地址出现了严重不足，ＩＰ地址盗用现象严重。针对这一问题提出了一种防止ＩＰ盗用的方案，该方案能够定位盗用者的物理位置，具有较好的实用价值。该方案已在Ｌｉｎｕｘ系统上实现。
With the rapid development of the Internet, there is a serious shortage of IP addresses and IP address misappropriation is serious. Aiming at this problem, a scheme to prevent IP theft is put forward. This scheme can locate the physical location of the pirate and has good practical value. The program has been implemented on Linux systems.
