总结了25例应用沙培林联合化疗药物经肝动脉灌注治疗中晚期肝癌，并与34例单纯化疗病例对比分析，得出如下结论：沙培林联合化疗药物经肝动脉灌注治疗肝癌有明显的协同作用；能明显减轻化疗药物引起的白细胞下降。现报告如下。1 材料与方法1．1 临床资料t我科1998年5月～1999年
Twenty-five cases of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma treated with hepatic arterial infusion of Shapalin combined with chemotherapeutic agents were summarized and compared with 34 cases of chemotherapy alone. The following conclusions were drawn: The results showed that Sha Peilin combined with chemotherapy drugs had obvious hepatic arterial infusion for liver cancer treatment.
