我院胸外科1999年应用记忆合金支架治疗甲状腺癌所致气管恶性狭窄2例，收到良好的效果。报告如下。1 临床资料与方法 例1，48岁，女性，甲状腺癌术后1年，呼吸困难3个月，加重1周入院。重度呼吸困难，口唇明显紫绀，极度痛苦，不能平卧。CT示：甲状腺癌复发，气管受侵伴纵隔淋
