采用单辊旋淬法制备了Al_(88)Co_4Y_6Er_2铝基非晶合金,运用差示热分析技术研究非晶合金晶化动力学性能。采用Ozawa方法计算了Al_(88)Co_4Y_6Er_2非晶合金晶化激活能,得到初始晶化激活能Ex1是370.6kJ·mol-1。同时发现Al_(88)Co_4Y_6Er_2非晶合金的晶化百分比与温度的关系曲线均呈“S”型曲线,并且随着升温速率的增加,对应的非晶合金“S”型曲线依次向高温移动。此外,在初次晶化过程中晶化激活能(Ea)随晶化体积分数(x%)的增加呈线性递减趋势。
The Al 88 Co 4 Y 6 Al 2 -based amorphous alloy was prepared by a single roller spin-quenching method. The crystallization kinetics of the amorphous alloy was studied by differential thermal analysis. The activation energy of Al 88 Co 4 Y 6 Al 2 amorphous alloy was calculated by Ozawa method, and the initial crystallization activation energy Ex 1 was 370.6 kJ · mol -1. At the same time, the curves of crystallization percentage and temperature of Al 88 Co 4 Y 6 Al 2 amorphous alloy show a “S” curve, and with the increase of heating rate, the corresponding curve of amorphous alloy “S” Move to high temperature. In addition, the crystallization activation energy (Ea) decreases linearly with the increase of the crystallization volume fraction (x%) during the primary crystallization.
