目的:通过CT模拟定位在三维调强适形放疗中的应用与常规模拟定位进行比较。方法:对328例肿瘤患者采用CT模拟定位,经PACS网络系统将扫描图像传输到TPS计划系统中,使用OTP计划系统进行设计,并在加速器下进行验证。结果:321例误差均符合MRT放疗要求,其余7例因操作失误所致误差偏大。结论:CT模拟定位在当今国际倡导的三精放射治疗时代是必不可少的。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the application of CT simulated positioning in three-dimensional IMRT conformal radiotherapy with conventional simulated positioning. Methods: CT images of 328 cancer patients were located. The scanned images were transmitted to the TPS planning system through the PACS network system, designed using the OTP planning system and verified under the accelerator. Results: All the 321 errors were in accordance with the requirements of MRT radiotherapy. The remaining 7 cases had large errors due to operational errors. Conclusion: CT simulation positioning is nowadays the international advocacy of three fine radiotherapy era is essential.
