火电厂是资金密集型和技术密集型企业,火电工程建设要求高,难度大。火电工程实行工程总承包,可以充分发挥总承包企业的设计、采购、施工等的协同管理优势,最大限度满足业主的需求。文章结合梅山电厂EPC(Engineering,Procurement,Construction)项目管理实践,分析了火电工程总承包的项目管理策略,阐述了总承包项目管理的重点和主要管理内容,为提高项目管理水平和总承包商的市场竞争能力提供参考。
