在对30钢和硅青铜QSi3-1进行焊接性分析的基础上,选用手工钨极氩弧焊方法配合HS211/HS213焊丝进行了焊接工艺试验,并对接头试样进行了X射线检测、力学性能测试和断口形貌分析。结果表明:利用HS211焊丝焊得的试样强度高于采用HS213焊丝焊得试样的强度,两种焊丝焊得试样的断口形貌特征也存在很大不同,且硅青铜-焊缝一侧的熔合情况要优于30钢-焊缝一侧的熔合情况。
Based on the analysis of the weldability of 30 steel and silicon bronze QSi3-1, the welding process was tested by manual TIG welding with HS211 / HS213 welding wire.
