本文针对目前国内湿敏元件普遍存在的可靠性问题,选择高分子湿敏元件作为研究对象,对其进行失效分析,指出失效原因、失效规律,并给出失效模式,即相应的FMEA.这对于进行元件的可靠性增长具有现实意义.
In this paper, in view of the ubiquitous reliability problems of humidity sensors in our country, we select the polymer humidity sensor as the research object, analyze its failure, point out the causes of failure and the failure rules, and give the failure mode, that is, the corresponding FMEA. It is of practical significance to increase the reliability of components.
