在飞机总体方案设计阶段需要评估复合材料应用对客机直接运营成本(DOC)的影响.以客机总体方案综合分析和优化系统为基础,对复合材料应用带来的质量减轻和成本增加进行了分析,给出了质量和成本的修正估算模型,提出了一种复合材料在客机应用中的效益定量评估方法.以150座级客机为例,首先分析了客机复合材料全机用量质量百分比对DOC的影响,然后以此优化结果为基准,分析了油价上涨、飞机价格和维修成本的变化对DOC的影响.结果表明:随复合材料全机用量百分比增加,客机的DOC呈下降趋势;随航空燃油价格的上涨,复合材料在客机中的应用能带来较为显著的经济效益;复合材料机体制造成本和维修成本的降低,可使复合材料客机DOC的下降更显著.
The impact of composite applications on the direct operating costs (DOC) of passenger aircraft needs to be evaluated during the overall design phase of the aircraft.On the basis of the comprehensive analysis and optimization system of the overall passenger aircraft solutions, the quality reduction and cost increase brought by the application of composite materials are analyzed, A revised estimation model of quality and cost is presented and a method of quantitative evaluation of the effectiveness of composite materials in the application of passenger aircraft is proposed.With 150-seat passenger aircraft as an example, the effect of mass percentage of passenger aircraft composite on the DOC Then, based on this optimization result, the influence of rising oil prices, aircraft prices and maintenance costs on the DOC was analyzed.The results showed that the DOC of passenger aircraft showed a downward trend with the increase of the percentage of the whole composite of the composite material. With the increase of the price of aviation fuel The composite materials in the passenger plane can bring more significant economic benefits; the manufacturing cost of the composite body and the reduction of the maintenance cost can make the decline of the composite passenger plane DOC more remarkable.
