大型氦气工程试验回路是为高温气冷堆关键技术设备的工程验证和热工性能试验而建立的一套回路系统。在大型氦气工程试验回路中,主回路开关阀连接着回路中众多的系统,其可靠性对于保证系统的正常稳定运行起着至关重要的作用。同时,氦气介质渗透性极强,阀门又是回路中为数最多的潜在泄漏点,因而良好的密封性能对于降低整个回路的氦泄漏量起到重要的作用。文中介绍了大型氦气工程试验主回路系统的工况要求及其阀门设计选型、流通能力、密封性能及驱动方式的规定与要求。并分析了阀门相关的试验标准规定与实施过程。
Large-scale helium engineering test circuit is a set of circuit system for engineering verification and thermal performance test of the key technology and equipment of HTGR. In the large helium engineering test circuit, the main circuit on-off valve is connected with many systems in the circuit, and its reliability plays a crucial role in ensuring the normal and stable operation of the system. At the same time, the permeability of the helium medium is very strong and the valve is the most potential leak point in the circuit, so good sealing performance plays an important role in reducing the helium leakage of the entire circuit. This paper introduces the working conditions of the main circuit system of large-scale helium project and the requirements and requirements of valve design, flow capacity, sealing performance and driving mode. And analyzed the valve related test standards and implementation process.
