前列环素(PGI2)具有抗血小板聚集、抑制平滑肌细胞增殖和扩张血管的作用,在预防动脉血栓性疾病的发生中具有重要的地位。而前列环素合酶(PGIS)是PGI2合成的限速酶,其基因发生突变可影响其功能,从而进一步影响PGI2的合成而对动脉血栓性疾病的发生具有促进作用,因此PGIS基因被认为是心血管疾病的候选基因。现结合近年文献对PGIS基因变异与动脉血栓性疾病的关系作一综述。
Prostacyclin (PGI2) has the anti-platelet aggregation, inhibition of smooth muscle cell proliferation and dilation of blood vessels, plays an important role in the prevention of arterial thrombotic diseases. Prostacyclin synthase (PGIS) is the rate-limiting enzyme in the synthesis of PGI2. Its gene mutation can affect its function, thereby further affecting PGI2 synthesis and promoting the development of arterial thrombosis. PGIS gene is considered as Candidate gene for cardiovascular disease. Now combined with recent literature on PGIS gene mutation and the relationship between arterial thrombosis are reviewed.
