目的:优选玉竹二氢高异黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法:以3种玉竹二氢高异黄酮提取量为指标,采用正交试验法对乙醇体积分数、乙醇用量和提取时间进行优选。结果:玉竹二氢高异黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:12倍量80%乙醇回流提取2次,每次1 h。结论:为玉竹二氢高异黄酮工业化生产提供理论依据。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Dihydro isoflavone from Polygonatum. Methods: Three kinds of Polygonatum extract were used as indexes. The orthogonal test was used to optimize the volume fraction of ethanol, the amount of ethanol and the extraction time. Results: The optimum extraction technology of dihydroxyisoflavone from Polygonatum was as follows: Twelve times the amount of 80% ethanol was extracted twice with 1 h each time. Conclusion: It provides a theoretical basis for the industrial production of Dihydro isoflavone in Polygonatum.
