基于ProCAST软件建立了安装接头的铝合金压铸模的二维模型,分析了热平衡状态下的等效塑性应变和热疲劳行为。设计了以疲劳寿命为试验目标的3因素3水平的压铸工艺参数的正交试验。结果表明,影响压铸模寿命因素的主次顺序依次为:模具预热温度、浇注温度、脱模剂传热系数。最优压铸模寿命的压铸工艺参数组合:浇注温度为600℃,模具预热温度为250℃,脱模剂传热系数为400 W/(m~2·K)。
Based on ProCAST software, a two-dimensional model of aluminum alloy die-casting mold with joints was established, and the equivalent plastic strain and thermal fatigue behavior under thermal equilibrium were analyzed. The orthogonal experiment of 3-level-3 die-casting process parameters with the fatigue life as the test target was designed. The results show that the order of main factors affecting the life of die-casting mold are: preheating temperature of mold, pouring temperature, heat transfer coefficient of mold release agent. Die casting process parameters combination of the best die life: casting temperature of 600 ℃, mold preheating temperature of 250 ℃, release agent heat transfer coefficient of 400 W / (m ~ 2 · K).
