建立了万寿菊中叶黄素含量的优化检测方法。采用高效液相色谱法,Hypersil 300 A C_(18)5μm柱,流动相为正己烷:乙酸乙酯:异丙酮=146:54:3,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为460nm。结果:在(10~100)μg/mL范围内,叶黄素浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9958;RSD=0.68%;平均回收率为98.95%。该方法简单、灵敏度高、重现性好,为今后万寿菊中叶黄素成分的分析和叶黄素相关产品的开发提供依据。
The optimal method for detecting lutein in marigold was established. The mobile phase was n-hexane: ethyl acetate: isopropanone = 146: 54: 3, the flow rate was 1.0 mL / min, and the detection wavelength was 460 nm by using high performance liquid chromatography on a Hypersil 300 A C 18 column. Results: There was a good linear relationship between lutein concentration and peak area in the range of (10 ~ 100) μg / mL, r = 0.9958; RSD = 0.68%. The average recovery was 98.95%. The method is simple, high sensitivity and good reproducibility, and provides the basis for the analysis of the lutein composition in the marigolds and the development of lutein-related products in the future.
