广电集团应该努力把市场份额做大,把电视频道做强。做大市场份额,既要追求“数量”指标———收视率,又要追求“质量”指标———欣赏指数。加入WTO后,我们与国外传媒必然展开一场看不见硝烟的“胶片战争”!在这种背景下,市场份额就是政治!把电视频道做强,就是要在同时并存的几十个、几百个频道的激烈竞争中脱颖而出,通过实行频道专业化,创造并保持压倒对手的竞争优势。
