资讯科技和网络技术的发展打破了全球藩蓠,各国都不能逃脱全球化的冲击与影响,人力资本的流动导致职业发展充分暴露在全球视野下。我国是一个发展中国家,大量职业岗位处于产业链的低端,全球化影响着我国职业继续教育的发展,如何改善和提高大量已经在职成人的就业能力、意识和态度,职业继续教育肩负着重要责任。本文借用社会学家帕森思的社会结构理念,提出了职业继续教育的目标、主体、管理、行为和内容五个要素,并分析了全球化对各个要素的影响,探究全球化下职业继续教育的发展方向。
