在工业控制中,锅炉的给水量与蒸发量的不均衡容易引起汽包水位的较大波动。为快速减小乃至消除给水量和负荷变化所带来的干扰,从而有效控制水位。实践中需要一种具有较高调节质量、抗干扰能力强、硬件结构简单的控制系统。文章介绍了一种数字PID控制算法在PLC上的实现方法 ,该控制方案可以有效控制汽包水位这类较难控制的热工对象。
In industrial control, the imbalance between the boiler feed water and evaporation easily lead to large fluctuations in the drum water level. In order to quickly reduce or even eliminate the disturbance of water supply and load change, so as to effectively control the water level. In practice, it requires a control system with high regulation quality, strong anti-interference ability and simple hardware structure. This paper introduces a digital PID control algorithm in the PLC on the realization of the control program can effectively control the steam drum water level such difficult to control thermal objects.
