在分析采用机电作动器作为摆式列车倾摆驱动优点的基础上 ,介绍了国外机电作动器的研制和应用情况。研究了机电作动器总体设计方案 ,并分析两种方案优缺点 ,设计出我国摆式列车用机电作动器。介绍了机电作动器的技术设计情况 ,对丝杠进行了选型分析 ,对丝杠的受力分析和设计 ,给出了主要零部件的技术参数和强度计算结果
Based on the analysis of mechatronic actuator as the advantage of tilting drive of tricycle, the development and application of electromechanical actuators abroad are introduced. The overall design scheme of the electromechanical actuator is studied, the advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes are analyzed, and the electromechanical actuator for the tilting train in our country is designed. The technical design of electromechanical actuator is introduced, the selection of screw is analyzed, the stress analysis and design of screw is given, and the technical parameters and strength calculation of the main components are given
