围绕如何减少或消除现浇混凝土连续箱梁的裂缝,在北京城市轨道交通03标清华货场高架桥混凝土箱梁第五联和第一联进行了试验、观测和分析。通过优化混凝土配合比、改善养护条件、全过程量的温度和应变监测、计算分析,取得明显的成绩,采用两次张拉法的第1联箱梁,没有出现裂缝;采用配合比优化混凝土的第5联箱梁,虽有个别裂缝,但裂缝数量已明显减少,特别是裂缝的宽度已由0.3mm一0.4mm缩小为 0.12mm~0.15mm,裂缝的深度已从70~80mm下降为40~50mm。文中较详细地介绍了试验过程、检测结果,并分析了裂缝的原因,提出了解决箱梁混凝土裂缝的建议。
Focusing on how to reduce or eliminate the cracks of cast-in-place concrete continuous box girder, the experiment, observation and analysis were carried out on the fifth and first joint of the concrete box girder of viaduct viaduct 03QingQinghua freight yard in Beijing Urban Rail Transit. By optimizing the mix proportion of concrete, improving the curing conditions, the whole process of temperature and strain monitoring, calculation and analysis, and achieved remarkable results, using the first tension twice the beam beam, no cracks; the use of concrete to optimize the ratio of The number of cracks in the fifth header beam has been significantly reduced, especially the width of cracks has been reduced from 0.3mm to 0.4mm to 0.12mm to 0.15mm, and the depth of the cracks has dropped from 70 to 80mm to 40 ~ 50mm. The paper introduces the test process and test results in detail, analyzes the reason of cracks and puts forward some suggestions to solve the concrete box girder cracks.
