通过对十个碳纤维复合材料气瓶的声发射检测试验研究,初步探索了平面定位技术、费利西蒂比对复合材料气瓶工艺质量和损伤严重性评价的可行性,同时还摸索了复合材料气瓶压力循环疲劳过程的声发射特性。研究认为:声发射作为复合材料气瓶工艺质量和损伤严重性评价方法是可行的,平面定位结果和疲劳试验结果对气瓶质量评价有一定的辅助作用,声发射费利西蒂比值越高则气瓶损伤严重性越低。
