如何加强幼儿教育活动中的师幼互动

在教育活动中老师和学生必然产生互动,只是互动的方式和互动的程度不同而已。面对幼儿教育的不断改革,越来越多的老师改变了以往的教学方式,开始重视与幼儿的交流和互动,尊重幼儿的主体地位。可是怎样才能有效地形成积极的师幼关系呢?从教学实际出发,提出了加强幼儿教育活动中师幼互动的有效对策,希望能够为以后的幼儿教育提供一点启发和建议。 In educational activities, teachers and students inevitably interact with each other only in a different way and with different degrees of interaction. Faced with the continuous reform of early childhood education, more and more teachers have changed their previous teaching methods and begun to attach importance to the exchange and interaction with young children, respecting the dominant position of young children. However, how can we effectively form a positive relationship between teacher and child? Based on the teaching practice, we put forward some effective countermeasures to strengthen the interaction between teachers and children in early childhood education and hope to provide some inspiration and suggestions for future early childhood education.
