中餐馆在海外发展迅速,享有盛誉。中国传统的烹调艺术和传统名菜在世界各民族中深受欢迎。然而,在俄罗斯等前苏联区域,中餐馆却发展缓慢、寥寥无几。笔者不久前在俄罗斯作过调查,主要原因:一是支付问题上的障碍,卢布不是可自由兑换的货币,在当地赚的钱带不回来;二是体制和政策上的障碍,管理程序繁杂,严重制约着我方的经营活动;三是餐馆的货源缺乏保障。 Chinese restaurants have developed rapidly and enjoyed a good reputation overseas. Chinese traditional cooking art and traditional famous dishes are very popular among all ethnic groups in the world. However, in the former Soviet Union regions such as Russia, Chinese restaurants have been slow and few. The author recently conducted an investigation in Russia. The main reasons are: First, the barriers to payment problems, the ruble is not a freely convertible currency, and money earned in the local area does not come back; second, institutional and policy barriers, and administrative procedures are complex. Seriously restricting our business activities; Third, the restaurant’s supply is insecure.
