空间相机的机身结构对动、静态力学性能和轻量化程度要求都很高。文章对轻量化形式的力学性能进行了分析,计算了不同位置、不同程度的轻量化对结构动、静态力学性能的影响情况,并绘制了曲线图。通过计算和工程分析得出数据,并绘制了变化曲线。通过数据对比得出:机械结构外层材料是决定力学性能的关键因素的结论,通过曲线图的特征对轻量化位置和形式给出了建议,对以后的类似设计工作具有指导意义。
Space camera body structure, static mechanical properties and lightweight requirements are high. The paper analyzes the mechanical properties of the lightweight form, and calculates the influence of different positions and degrees of light weight on the dynamic and static mechanical properties of the structure, and draws a graph. Data were calculated and calculated by engineering analysis, and the curves were drawn. Through the comparison of the data, it is concluded that the outer layer of the mechanical structure is the key factor that determines the mechanical properties. The characteristics of the curve are given to the location and form of the light weight, which is of guiding significance for similar design work in the future.
