大型赛会志愿服务目前尚存在专业力量不足、志愿服务文化不成熟和志愿者协调管理难度大等难题。通过打造优秀的志愿服务团队、培育杭州韵味的志愿服务文化和创新志愿者管理协调机制等做法,G20杭州峰会为破解上述难题提供了宝贵的经验。结合G20杭州峰会志愿服务的实践经验,可以从专业化志愿者队伍建设、信息化平台建设、“智慧化”管理制度建设、“生活化”参与准入机制建设和国际化交流合作五个方面提升大型赛会志愿服务的品质。
