目的探讨芬太尼对创伤性脑损伤(TBI)大鼠脑组织中P物质表达的影响。方法健康成年雄性Wistar大鼠30只,随机分为假手术组(n=10)、中度TBI组(n=10)及芬太尼组(n=10)。Feeney法制作中度脑损伤大鼠模型,造模0.5h后,断头取脑,做HE染色病理学检查及免疫组织化学染色(PV-6001二步法)。结果假手术组、芬太尼组和TBI组,各组间在创伤区大脑皮层中SP表达的阳性单位不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论芬太尼明显抑制创伤后SP的释放,减轻神经源性炎症反应,对损伤脑组织发挥保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of fentanyl on the expression of substance P in brain tissue of rats with traumatic brain injury (TBI). Methods Thirty healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into sham operation group (n = 10), moderate TBI group (n = 10) and fentanyl group (n = 10). Feeney law made moderate brain injury rat model, 0.5h after modeling, decapitated brain, HE staining and immunohistochemical staining (PV-6001 two-step method). Results The positive expression of SP in sham operation group, fentanyl group and TBI group were all different in the cerebral cortex of traumatic area. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Fentanyl obviously inhibits the release of SP after trauma, alleviates the neurogenic inflammation, and plays a protective role in the injury of brain tissue.
