研究了热障涂层的热震失效，认为涂层热震失效的本质为应力疲劳失效．建立了涂层热震失效寿命理论计算公式，并用实验结果对公式进行了验证，证明公式能很好地拟合实验结果．提出了评价涂层抗热震性能的指标-临界热震温差范围△Tc．该工作为估算涂层寿命及减少实验工作量提供了理论依据．
The thermal shock failure of thermal barrier coatings is studied. It is considered that the essence of thermal shock failure of coatings is stress fatigue failure. The theoretical calculation formula of the thermal shock failure life of the coating is established, and the formula is verified with the experimental results, which proves that the formula can well fit the experimental results. The index to evaluate the thermal shock resistance of the coating - the critical thermal shock temperature range ΔTc is proposed. This work provides a theoretical basis for estimating the coating life and reducing the experimental workload.
