免疫功能衰退是衰老的明显特征之一。本文对卡介苗酚醇梯度密度法提取物(下称卡介苗提取物)的抗免疫衰退作用进行探讨。50只小鼠被分成对照组和实验组,实验组进一步分成4组,每组10只,对照组和第一实验组给予口服生理盐水25ml/(kg·d),第二实验组口服左旋咪唑25mg/(kg·d),第三实验组给予口服卡介苗提取物32.5mg/(kg·d),第四组给予腹腔注射卡介苗提取物25mg/(kg·d),上述四组动物给药10天,第五天开始另加用环磷酰胺皮下注射100mg/(kg·d),连续6天。对照组不给环磷酰胺。处死所有小鼠进行试验。使用环磷酰胺皮下注射,使实验组小鼠的免疫功能明显减退,建立了免疫衰退的动物模型。卡介苗提取物口服和注射均能恢复免疫衰退模型的免疫功能,包括白细胞介素—2,自然杀伤细胞,淋巴细胞转化和巨噬细胞吞噬作用的活性,其作用优于左旋咪唑。卡介苗提取物可能具有抗免疫衰退的作用。
Immune dysfunction is one of the obvious features of aging. This article discusses the anti-immune-desensitization effect of the BCG-gradient alcohol density gradient extract (hereinafter referred to as BCG extract). 50 mice were divided into control group and experimental group, the experimental group was further divided into 4 groups of 10 rats, the control group and the first experimental group were given orally with saline 25ml / (kg · d), the second experimental group levamisole 25mg / (kg · d). The third experimental group received oral BCG extract 32.5mg / (kg · d), the fourth group received intraperitoneal injection of BCG extract 25mg / (kg · d), the above four groups of animals were given 10 days, starting on the fifth day plus additional subcutaneous injection of cyclophosphamide 100mg / (kg · d) for 6 days. The control group did not give cyclophosphamide. All mice were sacrificed for testing. Subcutaneous injection of cyclophosphamide, the experimental group mice immunosuppression significantly reduced, the establishment of an animal model of immune decline. Both oral and injections of BCG extract restore immune function in immunodeficiency models, including interleukin-2, natural killer cells, lymphocyte transformation, and macrophage phagocytosis, which is superior to levamisole. BCG extract may have anti-immune effects.
