1、引言在所有深孔钻削中,排屑问题总是主要的难题之一。第一,为了使切屑从孔中顺利地排出,必须具有足够的润滑冷却液流量。因此钻削深孔时,要求高压冷却,而冷却液压力则是钻孔深度的限制因素之一。第二,易于卡在孔中的切屑,即使钻浅孔,也不能排出。用单刃深孔钻钻削时,细长的切屑又缠绕在孔外钻杆上并逐渐阻塞在孔的出口处。因此,从切屑能顺利地被排出的角度考虑,必须十分注意切屑的形状。
1, Introduction In all deep hole drilling, chip removal is always one of the major challenges. First, in order for the chips to be smoothly ejected from the hole, it is necessary to have sufficient lubrication coolant flow. As a result, high pressure cooling is required when drilling deep holes, and coolant pressure is one of the limiting factors in drilling depth. Second, chips that are easy to get stuck in the hole can not be discharged even if the shallow holes are drilled. When drilling with a single-edged deep hole drill, slender chips are wound around the outer drill pipe and gradually clog at the exit of the hole. Therefore, from the point of view that the chips can be smoothly discharged, great care must be taken in the shape of the chips.
