目的对我国茶餐厅空间设计的发展现状和趋势目前的现状进行调研分析,以《坐享其“橙”——国潮&社交茶餐厅空间设计》为例,对餐饮空间所需的变化进行解读。方法根据拟选取的

目的对我国茶餐厅空间设计的发展现状和趋势目前的现状进行调研分析,以《坐享其“橙”——国潮&社交茶餐厅空间设计》为例,对餐饮空间所需的变化进行解读。方法根据拟选取的实践案例基本户型,从多个空间进行了深入的系统性分析,均围绕当代年轻人对国潮认识和对社交需求特征出发,绘制大量动线私密需求和公共需求示意图进行设计。结论通过一个具体案例,在以人为本设计理念的基础上,提出了社交茶餐厅空间的适应性变化设计原则。
