钢的高温力学性能是确定连铸工艺参数的重要依据。文章利用Gleeble1500试验机进行了集装箱板的高温热塑性试验,研究了集装箱板热塑性与温度的关系。通过绘制形变温度与断面收缩率的关系曲线,找出了该钢的低塑性温度区,即裂纹敏感点。运用扫描电镜对试样裂纹敏感点拉断后的断口形貌进行观察。随后,分析了相应钢在各温度区域的断裂机理,并讨论了铸坯质量与高温力学性能的关系。
The high temperature mechanical properties of steel is an important basis for determining the continuous casting process parameters. The article uses the Gleeble1500 testing machine to conduct the high temperature thermoplastic test of the container board and studies the relationship between the thermoplasticity and the temperature of the container board. By plotting the relationship between the deformation temperature and the reduction of area, the low plasticity temperature region of the steel, ie the crack sensitive point, is found out. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to observe the fracture appearance after the crack-sensitive point of the specimen was broken. Subsequently, the fracture mechanism of the corresponding steel in each temperature region was analyzed, and the relationship between slab quality and high temperature mechanical properties was discussed.
