为了从氰基丙烯酸酯类衍生物中寻找新的活性化合物,采用活性亚结构拼接方法,设计并合成了17个未见文献报道的新型含氟甲基吡唑结构的氰基丙烯酸酯类化合物.利用1H NMR、13C NMR和元素分析对所制备的化合物的结构进行了表征.此外,利用MS证实了化合物7b、7f、7j和7o的结构.初步的生物活性测试结果显示,部分目标化合物表现出明显的抗肿瘤活性.
In order to search for new active compounds from cyanoacrylate derivatives, 17 new cyclopropylmethylazopyrazole-containing cyanoacrylates have been designed and synthesized by the active substructural splicing method. The structures of the prepared compounds were characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and elemental analysis.In addition, the structures of compounds 7b, 7f, 7j and 7o were confirmed by MS.The preliminary biological activity test results showed that some of the target compounds showed Obvious antitumor activity.
