通过实测电磁铸造(EMC)中试铸锭凝固过程中的温度场,分析了液-固界面形状和凝固位置对EMC过程的影响,结果表明,现行工艺参数合理,依此可成功地铸造出EMC中试铸锭。
The influence of liquid-solid interface shape and solidification location on the EMC process was analyzed by measuring the temperature field during the solidification process of the electromagnet casting (EMC) pilot casting. The results show that the current process parameters are reasonable and the EMC Pilot ingot.
