儿童慢性特发性便秘(CIC)是一种常见和顽固性疾病。多为肠燥津亏、肺胃火盛、食积气滞所致。笔者用自拟润通汤治疗300例,取得满意效果,现报告如下。1 一般资料 300例患儿均符合国家中医药管理局发布的《中医病证诊断疗效标准》中有关标准。中,男135例,女165例;年龄1岁以内45例,2～4岁453例,4～6岁60例,6～8岁90例,8～10岁36例,10～14岁24例。病史基本为出生后不久发病,反复缠绵,直到就诊,即病史与年龄几乎相等。300例患儿中1岁 Chronic idiopathic constipation (CIC) in children is a common and refractory disease.
