为了增加光纤O2传感器敏感膜的工作寿命,作者首次合成了配体4,7-二苯基-1,10-二氮杂菲的两种高亲脂性烷基衍生物,并用它们的Ru(Ⅱ)配合物(取代基R=0,C3H7和C7H5)制成均态的聚苯乙烯膜;对三种膜的特性进行了对比研究。结果显示,三种膜对氧的响应可逆性好,在气相氧浓度0%~20%范围内,完全遵从Stern-Volmer方程,配体取代基碳链越长,对溶解氧响应时间越短,荧光试剂的流失越少,因而膜的寿命也越长
In order to increase the working life of the sensing film of optical fiber O2 sensor, the authors first synthesized two highly lipophilic alkyl derivatives of ligand 4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline and used their Ru (Ⅱ ) Complexes (substituents R = 0, C3H7 and C7H5) were made homogeneous state of the polystyrene film; the characteristics of the three films were compared. The results showed that the reversible response of the three membranes to oxygen was good. The Stern-Volmer equation was completely obeyed in the range of 0% ~ 20% of the oxygen concentration in the gas phase. The longer the carbon chain of the ligand was, the shorter the response time to dissolved oxygen was. Fluorescent reagent less loss, and thus the longer the life of the membrane
