采用k—ε湍流模型、SIMPLE算法、双块修正技术对BW—1085T/H锅炉炉膛进行了冷态数值模拟,推荐了加强收敛的有效措施,计算表明,k—ε双方程模型能够有效地预报“W”型炉膛的流动。其结果在工程上具有重要的参考价值。
The k-ε turbulence model, the SIMPLE algorithm and the double-block correction technique were used to simulate the cold state of the BW-1085T / H boiler furnace. The effective measures to enhance the convergence were proposed. The results show that the k-ε two-equation model can effectively predict “W” type hearth flow. The result is an important reference value in engineering.
