秩序、公平和效率,是现代社会制度的基本价值。曾几何时,那些曾经被誉为“半边天”的女性,被正在到来的市场经济视为没有效率的人群,受到改革浪潮的猛烈冲击。于是我们便看到这样的现象:女大学生、女研究生找工作困难;优化劳动组合中女职工被大量编余;女职工被强迫或变相强迫提前退休,等等。笔者认为,很多企业在建立和完善社会主义市场经济的过程中,没有处理好追求企业经济效益和保护妇女合法权益的关系。为维护社会公平(在性别关系上就是男女平等)和社会秩序,有必要探讨在市场经济体制下如何保障女职工合法权益的问题。
Order, fairness and efficiency are the basic values of the modern social system. At one time, those women who had been hailed as “half the sky” were regarded as being inefficient by the emerging market economy and were severely hit by the wave of reforms. So we see this phenomenon: female college students, female graduate students looking for work difficulties; optimize the workforce of women workers were a large number of surplus; female workers forced or disguised forced to retire early, and so on. In my opinion, many enterprises failed to properly handle the relationship between pursuing the economic benefits of enterprises and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of women during the process of establishing and improving the socialist market economy. In order to safeguard social equity (equality between men and women in terms of gender relations) and social order, it is necessary to explore how to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of women workers in a market economy.
