我科85年～88年收治婴儿重症钩虫病12例中,男8例,女4例;年龄2～9个月。均来自农村,10例因钩蚴污染尿布,2例在菜地上抓玩而感染。临床表现:皆有黑便及严重贫血,一过性咳喘8例,发热4例,臀部及下肢红色丘疹6例,肝大8例,脾大6例,轻度浮肿4例,牙龈出血伴皮肤散在出血点2例。合并营养不良4例,心力衰竭2例。血红蛋白25～50g/L,粒细胞3.2～30.6×10~9/L,其中嗜酸粒细胞占10～56%。大便潜血++++～+++,均找 In our department 85 years to 88 years admitted to infant severe hookworm disease in 12 cases, 8 males and 4 females; aged 2 to 9 months.
