2型糖尿病大鼠成模后2周进行离体心脏灌注,显示心肌葡萄糖摄取能力降低,葡萄糖氧化减少、脂肪酸氧化增加,高能磷酸盐合成减少,这可能是糖尿病易发生心肌病和在缺血条件下心肌损伤更趋严重的代谢基础。
