研制了一种截齿用新型35SiMnMo钢,研究了淬火不同温度回火对新型截齿钢组织与性能的影响。结果表明,35SiMnMo截齿钢在880℃油淬200~350℃回火,具有超高强度和较高的冲击韧度,550~600℃回火,具有高强度和很高的冲击韧度,400℃回火出现回火脆性。880℃油淬350℃以下回火的组织为板条马氏体、贝氏体和残余奥氏体组织,超过350℃回火,碳化物逐渐析出,550~600℃回火组织为索氏体,具有较高的冲击值。880℃油淬200℃回火的冲击试样断裂机制为韧窝机制,400℃回火冲击试样断裂机制主要为准解理断裂。
A new kind of 35SiMnMo steel with picks was developed to study the effect of tempering at different tempering temperatures on microstructure and properties of the new pick steel. The results show that 35SiMnMo pick steel temper at 880 ℃ oil quenching 200 ~ 350 ℃, with ultra-high strength and high impact toughness, tempering at 550-600 ℃, with high strength and high impact toughness, 400 Temper temper brittleness appears. The microstructure of tempered at 880 ℃ for oil quenching below 350 ℃ is lath martensite, bainite and retained austenite. When the temperature is over 350 ℃, the carbide gradually precipitates and the tempered microstructure at 550-600 ℃ is sorbite , With a higher impact value. The fracture mechanism of the impact specimen annealed at 880 ℃ and 200 ℃ is the dimple mechanism, and the fracture mechanism of the specimens tempered at 400 ℃ is mainly quasi-cleavage.
