目的黏蛋白1与TF相关抗原基因都是与肿瘤的发生和发展有密切关系的基因,对其基因及蛋白质在国内外的研究进展与临床应用进行探讨和展望。方法回顾性总结国内外近10年的文献,对黏蛋白1与TF相关抗原的表达关系及临床研究进展进行讨论。结果黏蛋白1与TF相关抗原在肿瘤的表达中存在高度的特异性,且二者存在共表达并相互影响。与黏蛋白1相关的多种疫苗已经投入临床使用,部分基于TF相关抗原的药物也已进入临床试验阶段。结论黏蛋白1与TF相关抗原可作为肿瘤治疗的新型靶抗原,其表达与肿瘤的生物学行为与预后密切相关,对肿瘤的诊断和治疗有重要意义。
Objective Mucin-1 and TF-related antigen genes are all closely related to the genesis and development of tumors. The research progress and clinical application of these genes and proteins at home and abroad are discussed and prospected. Methods The retrospective review of literatures at home and abroad for 10 years and the relationship between the expression of mucin 1 and TF antigen and the progress of clinical research were discussed. Results Mucin-1 and TF-related antigens were highly expressed in tumor tissues, and both of them were co-expressed and interacted with each other. A variety of vaccines associated with mucin 1 have been put into clinical use, and some drugs based on TF-related antigens have also entered the clinical trial phase. Conclusions Mucin-1 and TF-related antigens may serve as novel target antigens for tumor therapy. The expression of mucin-1 may be closely related to the biological behavior and prognosis of the tumors, which is of great significance for the diagnosis and treatment of tumors.
